Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of your trip.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
