The Moon Pickups

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking with The Moon Pickups. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Waiting Time

•Airport Pickups:

Our drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight lands. This includes time for passport control and baggage collection.

•Other Pickup Locations (Train Station, Seaport, Hotel, etc.):

We allow up to 20 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.

•Extended Waiting Time:
If you require the driver to wait longer:
•A fee of €15 per 30 minutes will apply.
•These charges are to be paid directly to the driver in cash at the time of service.
•Extended waiting is subject to driver availability.

2. Flight Delays

We track your flight status using the flight number provided.

•If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly.
•For delays longer than 2 hours, please contact us to confirm the availability of your driver.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up within the allowed waiting time and has not contacted us, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Changes and Cancellations

  • You can request changes (pickup time, location, etc.) up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your trip.
  • Cancellations made after this period may incur full or partial charges.

5. Return Trips

•Return transfers can be booked in advance.
•Be sure to include your return date, time, and location when making your booking.
•Availability for return trips is not guaranteed without prior reservation.

6. Child Seats

•We provide child and booster seats upon request, 5 euros per seat
•Please inform us at the time of booking how many seats are needed and the ages or sizes of the children.
•Child seats are required by law in Spain for children under 135 cm.
 

7. Luggage

•Please indicate the amount and type of luggage during the booking process.
•Oversized or additional luggage not mentioned in the booking may require a larger vehicle at an extra charge.

8. Payment Methods

•All bookings must be paid in advance through our website at the time of reservation.
•We do not accept cash or card payments on the day of the transfer, except for extra waiting time charges, which must be paid directly to the driver.
 

9. Responsibility and Liability

•The Moon Pickups is not responsible for missed flights, trains, or other services due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
•Please plan your pickup time carefully and allow enough margin for unforeseen delays.
