Honestly, most of our customers use WhatsApp and it works well. You can send all the booking details in one message, we reply quickly, and you’ve got everything in writing in your chat history. Easy to refer back to, easy to update if plans change.

If you’re booking for a group or something a bit more complex — multiple stops, large luggage, specific vehicle requirements — WhatsApp gives you the flexibility to explain properly rather than filling in form fields.

How Far Ahead Should You Book?

24 hours is comfortable for most journeys. For summer travel (particularly July and August, when Barcelona is absolutely heaving), or over the big public holidays, we’d strongly suggest booking at least a few days out. We can’t always guarantee availability for peak-period last-minute requests.

That said, if you’re reading this the night before and you need a car tomorrow morning — send a message and we’ll do our best.

Changing or Cancelling a Booking

Life shifts. Flight gets moved, hotel changes, plans fall apart. Drop us a message on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup — no fees, no fuss. Within 24 hours we may apply a partial charge depending on whether the driver’s already been deployed.

• Your pickup address — or terminal number for airport arrivals
• Your destination (full address helps, especially for residential areas)

• Flight number — essential for arrivals so we can track it

Can I pay in cash?

Yes — cash or card are both accepted. Payment is usually made directly to the driver at the end of the journey.

What if I don’t have a flight number yet?

Book with the details you have and send the flight number as soon as you get it. We just need it before the day of travel so we can set up tracking.

Is my personal data kept securely?

Your details are only used to manage your transfer. We don’t sell data, share it with third parties, or keep it longer than necessary.
